OWL’s case management feature helps users collectively organize, analyze, and classify enormous amounts of data into Cases or Subjects. Global and custom attributes allow users to organize and evaluate data. Users can attach case files, give notes, and create audit and data query logs to assure accuracy. A drag-and-drop template builder and audio-video report functionality help customers quickly and easily create professional reports.
Tag with Custom or Global Attributes
OWL's Global and Custom Attributes modules let users simply add hundreds of predefined data fields or custom attributes. Users can manually add these features to OWL modules to enrich and add data from any data source.
Attach Case Files
Any file, in any format, including legal documents like subpoenas, may be attached to a subject's folder or a case file. Word or PDF documents, audio or video files, emails, or spreadsheets are examples of formats.
Create Comprehensive Dossiers
OWL’s case management enables you to create a comprehensive dossier for each case, whether it involves an investigation that has to be done, a service request that needs to be completed, or an incident or problem that needs to be fixed.

If you have an agent/user in the field who needs information on the fly, Users can send time-sensitive links via text messages that contain the search results of the requested query. Users can select the expiration period of accessibility to these links.

It streamlines internal and external collaboration. OWLcomm lets users add collaborators in any module/view and communicate with them via SMS/text, email, chat, or instant message, regardless of location.

The Deconfliction Module assists users in determining whether another user, department, or collaborator are also investigating the subjects, cases, or even locations under investigation. When this module is enabled, each user/department that searches for a person or location is notified when another user searches for the same person or location. Agencies can also opt-in at the organizational level, allowing agencies across multiple jurisdictions to be notified when another agency conducts the same searches. (Both users must be opted-in, or the introduction in OWL will not be made)
